With this vacuum cleaner, Dyson will provide two cleaner heads. The first one is the soft roller cleaner head which works miraculously on hard floors. It is equipped with anti-static carbon fiber filaments and soft woven nylon which can effectively pick up the large/heavy debris and dirt in a matter of seconds.
The second cleaner head which is the direct cleaner head (with its nylon bristles) can draw out dirt that is embedded in carpets and other similar surfaces. This kind of effective cleaning is easy for this cleaner head as it possesses 75% more brush bar power than the different models available in abundance in the market today.

This motor is the reason why this vacuum cleaner is currently one of the most powerful cordless vacuum cleaners. The motor with the use of a neodymium magnet and digital pulse technology happen to spin about 110,000 times in just 60 seconds. Other features include:

So, it is evident that most of the customers are satisfied with this vacuum after using it.
There are some customers who are complaining that they cannot pick up pet hair with the cleaner heads. But, according to the instruction given in the owner’s manual, the mini motorized tool has the capability to effectively take care of pet hair. There are also some who are complaining about the price. But, because of all the other advantages and the 2-year limited warranty, this little setback is nothing in comparison.
